In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantees on the Sale of Consumer Goods, GODIAM FINE JEWELRY as manufacturer of the products displayed on our Website, the Customer will be liable for any lack of conformity defects solely inherent in the manufacture of the same existing at the time of delivery and that is manifested during the following 2 years. We also offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase of the product that covers the damages compatible with a careful and diligent use of the item (for example, an integral polish and the application of a high quality rhodium bath to the piece)
The term that the Client has to notify any incident caused by manufacturing defects is 2 months from receipt of the article.

- For diamonds of 0.30 carats or more, we can issue an international GIA certificate (Gemological Institute of America), HRD (Hoge Raad voor Diamant , awarded by the Antwerp Diamond Superior Council) or IGI (International Gemological Institute), the most prestigious laboratories in the world that collect the fundamental data of the diamond and describe in detail all the properties and characteristics that determine its value.
- For diamonds smaller than 0.30 carats, GODIAM FINE JEWELRY issues its own Certificate.
The Client explicitly accepts the description and detail of the characteristics of the diamonds reflected in the certificates delivered. Consequently, GODIAM FINE JEWELRY will not respond to any subsequent dispute that may arise in this matter.
11. RESPONSIBILITY:
