CHOOSE THE SIZE OF YOUR RING:

MEASURE A RING THAT LOOKS GOOD FOR YOU:

1. The first thing you should do is select a ring that fits you well (or fits the person who is going to be surprised) on the finger you previously chose.
2. With a ruler, and from end to end, measure the inner diameter of the ring. With the measurement you obtain (diameter in mm. ), look for the equivalent number in the following table that will provide you with your ideal size.

If the measurement you get is between two sizes, choose the largest one in this case.

MEASURE YOUR FINGER:

1. If, on the other hand, you do not have any ring that fits you, cut out with the scissors

the following meter, both the contour and where "cut here" is indicated.

2. Introduce el extremo más estrecho del medidor por el corte de la base del mismo.
3. Next, insert your chosen finger into the meter, and firmly pull the ends until the finger is snug. Aim the first measure that protrude

through the slot of the meter (see example).

In this case, the number you get will be your GODIAM measurement (that is, it is the number that you must provide us to send your desired ring to your size, provided you do not have one that suits you and you should use this second option)..

Where will I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you indicate in the purchase process (phase II, data form).

In the event that you want to make a gift or give a great surprise to that special person for you, you will receive it directly at his/her address enabled in our website´s section ( "Leave it in our hands " ).

What are the delivery places?

We ship orders to all of Spain, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We also send to all the countries of the EU.

If you are outside the EU and do not want to be without your GODIAM jewel, get in touch with us at info@godiamaltajoyeria.com and we will inform you about the availability and the additional shipping costs to your country as soon as possible.

How long can I take to receive my order?

We produce all our jewelry in an artisanal way, customized to your liking with a lot of care and a big dose of love. As we indicate in detail in the Shipping and Delivery section of Terms&Conditions, you will receive your order within a maximum period of 25 business days.

If your order is urgent, please tell us by sending an email to mipedido@godiamaltajoyeria.com Depending on the nature and features of your jewel, we will do our best to get to you sooner.

How I can track the status of my order?

By clicking on "My account" in placed orders, you will be able to see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order information" link of the confirmation email to follow up. (Or see Help Guide> status of My Order )

How will I receive my jewel?

Your jewel is delivered in a high-end GODIAM ALTA JOYERÍA gift box, and always accompanied by its corresponding Quality Certificate. And all this within a customized box from our firm that will guarantee the protection of your jewel during the shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?

In GODIAM ALTA JOYERÍA shipping costs are free throughout Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal (except for Madeira and Azores) for all orders equal to or greater than € 150. Orders below 150€ have a shipping cost of 10 €.

For shipping orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores, as well as the rest of the EU countries, shipping costs are free for amounts equal to or greater than € 300 . For lower amounts, shipping costs range between 10-30 € depending on the destination.

What happens if I make a mistake with the size of my ring?

We have at your disposal a complete Size Guide available on our Website to help you find your measurement accurately. However and despite this, we understand that sometimes it may be difficult in the first instance to correctly calculate the ring size.

Do not worry if the measure in charge of your ring is not correct or exact. In GODIAM ALTA JOYERÍA we Will adjust the size of your ring again without any additional cost. In this case, only the shipping costs (both round trip) will be on your own.

If in some unlikely event, you do not succeed with this second change in size, subsequent changes will have an additional cost of € 35 .

How do I have to do to return an item?

If you want to return a product, get in touch with us at info@godiamaltajoyeria.com notifying us of your decision, and we will tell you how to proceed. In any case, it is essential to return the item including its original packaging, Quality and Authenticity Certificate, and other documents or gift items that go with the order.

Returned items must be received in perfect conditions. Returns of products that present use or that have been manipulated will not be accepted. Likewise, the return of custom or special orders, size adjustments different from the standard previously modified and engravings of the jewel will not be also accepted.

In any case, both the shipping costs and the shipment management responsibility, will run in this case on your own. We recommend that you always keep the ticket or receipt of the courier company, which will confirm in this way that you have sent the package.

How long do I have to be able to make a refund?

The maximum period to make any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

Important: on the occasion of Christmas shopping, we extended the deadline for order returns placed between November 25th and December 20th until January 15th.

When and how will you receive the amount of your refund?

Once our technical team verifies that the item has been received correctly and proceeds to the approval of the return, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase. Also, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of approval of the return.

I have in mind a design that you do not have in your Web, could you do it for me?

Of course. In GODIAM ALTA JOYERÍA we love being able to make your dreams come true. For this reason, we have enabled the CUSTOMIZE YOUR JEWEL section. With the help of a sketch or a photograph, our expert team of professionals can give life to your idea, making a reproduction with the selection of the best raw materials, customizing your design according to your needs and budget.

We can not make designs registered under a trademark or protected by Intellectual Property legislation.
